1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Gratefuly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

Gratefuly is a personal journaling application that helps users practice gratitude through daily prompts, mood tracking, and media attachments. The App stores all user data locally on the user's device.

3. License

WIPLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Sell, rent, or sublicense the App

4. Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Gratefuly offers optional premium features through in-app purchases processed by Apple's App Store. The following terms apply to premium subscriptions:

Monthly & Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment granting permanent access to premium features.
Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
Prices may change with notice provided through the App or App Store.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the App, including journal entries, photos, voice recordings, and videos. Since all content is stored locally on your device, WIPLabs does not access, use, or claim any rights over your content.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. WIPLabs is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, loss, or deletion of the App.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Gratefuly only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:

Store or share illegal content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others

7. Advertising

The free version of Gratefuly displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to the display of ads. Premium subscribers receive an ad-free experience.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WIPLabs does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content within the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WIPLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
